We are proud to offer our services to homeowners, landlords, and property maintenance managers. Synergy Technical Services performs residential HVAC, Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical services to our clients throughout Central Virginia. Our services include preventive maintenance, service and repairs, tenant upfits, and new construction.

Over the years our focus has been all on customer service and investing in our people to build an infrastructure to best serve our customers’ needs. Our ability to achieve customer excellence is driven by a positive culture that employs a “team environment” with many levels of support for our staff. We believe our people are what makes Synergy successful in achieving our goals while taking great care of our clients' needs as everyone brings different perspectives, knowledge, and levels of experience. Since 2014 Synergy Technical Services has grown to new heights and made many accomplishments year after year all in part of our team which we could not be prouder of.
